                    <description><![CDATA[I commit to Exercising more and to motivate others to do the same. The first step i would take is disproving the myth that your not exercising enough if you are not in a sport.You could take walks, ride your bike, lift weights and still get enough exercise. Also exercising doesn't have to be boring; you could exercise with friends. For example you could play a game of basketball, take a walk together,or play tennis and many more. The important thing is to set enough time aside for exercising also you want to make wiser food choices. To help keep yourself  motivated make short and long term goals that are realistic.]]></description>
